Growing up in Chicago taught me a lot of life lessons but joining the US Navy taught me how to use those lessons and taught me even more.

Sadly, during my time in the Navy, I lost both my parents and missed out on a lot of life back home with my family. It was because of those lost moments; I have nothing to look back on and so I decided to pick up a camera and start capturing the moments I do get to have now.

I now live in Colorado with my wife, Jamie, and 4 of my 5 beautiful children. My oldest is currently in college back in IL.

When I'm not taking photos, I am a coach for my kids rec leagues, workout and try to wake up smiling each day knowing I am alive.
